Hellluuuuurrr! My name is Rubi, I am 25 years old, I am married to my partner in crime Erik. We have 2 little ones Ezra (5), Penelope (3), and a fur baby, Akamaru. We live in Arizona where we both have lived majority of our lives! I’m Latina that loves to dance whether its bachata, merengue, or salsa, in fact that's how my husband and I fell in love. The first night we met, we laughed, and danced all night. From then on, we’ve been those goobers you can’t take anywhere fancy, because we will look like fools just laughing but we’re kind of ok with that. We’re coming up on eight years married, we were wee little babies ourselves when we tied the knot but when you know, you know, and we knew, ya know? I would definitely say we’re laid back and care-free.
I love anything fashion, although most days if I’m not taking pictures, you’ll find me with sweats, my husbands shirt on, and makeup I swore I was gonna take off the night before. Even my kiddos know that if I have jeans on we’re going somewhere.
I have been taking photos since 2011 and right away felt a passion for it. I love everything about photography and the story you can tell with a single photo. I love creating genuine moments, authentic smiles and natural reactions. Which means we will have tons of fun on your session! I specialize in capturing all the moments you remember and all the moments you'll never want to forget. Lets get ready to go on an amazing adventure together!
What’s my photography style?
Genuine. Candid. Capturing all the feels. I do what I do because I love it, I love everything from the moment I meet you until the moment I deliver your gallery. I’ve had clients who arrive to their session feeling nervous being in front of a camera, but once I reassure them that I’m going to capture beautiful images with their natural reactions they loosen up and by the end of our session we’re laughing and having a blast. I’m there as your photographer but also as your friend and feeling comfortable and your most beautiful is my goal.
